I truly believe that one of the bravest things anyone can do is begin to understand their own story.

I have over 8 years of experience in counseling with specialties in trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and insomnia.

Licensed since 1999, I employ a wide range of therapies to address many issues of adolescents and adults. LGBTQ, divorce, and aging issues welcome.

I am open to exploring any topics without passing judgment and implementing the most person-centered techniques that will lead to positive outcomes.
