Eligibility Rules:

Provider referrals must hold an independent license that SonderMind works within that specific state. We will share your information with your provider referral, so please make sure they know you are referring them. Your referral must confirm your name at the time of their application. If you refer a provider to SonderMind after they've already joined or are in the process of onboarding, you will not be eligible to receive the provider referral bonus.
