Not sure what kind of support you need?

Couples therapy and individual therapy serve different roles. Both offer meaningful support depending on what you’re looking to work on.

You’re not alone—and here’s proof

“My therapist gets me. She has shared some valuable tools and ideas, and I am loving the homework! (it’s not just about talking for an hour once a week... It’s what you do with the rest of your week that makes the biggest difference!)"

WASHINGTON CLIENT

“My therapist is exceptional. She really listens. She has helped me identify the source of my trauma and construct a way to look at it, not with shame or condemnation, but through what I view as a realistic lens. I am so grateful to have found her."

VIRGINIA CLIENT

"My therapist has truly taught me methods to overcome my difficult situations. I’m actually able to realize when I’m getting too overwhelmed and not explode over the little things anymore. I can truly see growth."

MARYLAND CLIENT

“I have connected with my provider in a different way than any previous counselors. Instead of just talking, she’s helping identify my problems and show me ways to actually deal with my issues and how to approach other people.”
