What kinds of concerns can sex therapy help with?

Sex therapy can address challenges like low desire, arousal difficulties, performance anxiety, or intimacy issues. It offers a safe space to talk through concerns and practice strategies for healthier connection.

Is couples intimacy therapy the same as sex therapy?

No. Couples intimacy therapy focuses on emotional connection, communication, and trust. Sex therapy addresses sexual concerns more directly. Some providers offer both, and we can help you find the right fit.
