Rachel Hughitt, MS, PhD, is a post doctoral resident at Authentic Connections Therapy and Wellness whose focus is trauma-informed, culturally responsive care for individuals and couples. She is dedicated to building authentic, collaborative therapeutic relationships where clients feel heard, empowered, and connected.

Rachel's clinical work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), multicultural orientation (MCO), and relational frameworks, with particular experience supporting clients through identity development, life transitions, grief, and relational concerns. If you’re not using insurance, we offer affordable self-pay rates.
Currently, SonderMind providers are not in-network with Medicaid, TRICARE East, or ChampVA.
