SonderMind offers self-pay rates for individuals who do not have insurance or prefer not to use their insurance benefits. View self-pay rates by state here. 

Due to regulations preventing providers from accepting cash pay from Medicaid beneficiaries, we cannot offer self-pay rates to clients who have Medicaid as their primary insurance. 

The self-pay rate for each session will vary based on the type and length of the session and provider credentials, as well as where you are located to better align with fluctuations in cost-of-living.

What is therapy?

Therapy can involve a range of different treatments, such as psychotherapy, behavior therapy, and cognitive therapy. These techniques aim to help people identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
