In light of a recent increase in hiring scams, and in an ongoing effort to provide transparency and support for anyone who applies to join our team, please know that we are aware of individuals attempting to falsely represent themselves as SonderMind recruiters and/or employees conducting interviews. In some instances, these individuals will contact you by text message or request personal and identifiable information. Someone from SonderMind will only contact you with an @sondermind.com email address regarding a position, and we will never ask you for sensitive information over email, text, or phone call.

Flexible work

Most SonderMind positions are fully-remote and can work from most states. We also have a Denver-based headquarters for those craving in-office options.

Required vacation time

Yes, you read that right. Our flexible PTO requires each employee to take a minimum of 3 weeks off each year, plus additional paid company holidays.

All employees receive a 401K retirement plan with a 100% company match on up to 4% of their base salary. Plus, discounts on pet insurance plans, and more.

Plan for the unexpected

With employer-paid life insurance, short-and-long-term disability, and AD&D, we also cover the difference in salary for up to 8 weeks of short-term disability leave.

Family leave

We offer eight weeks of paid parental leave to any new parent. And, if the parent also qualifies for short-term disability (which can be up to 8 weeks), this benefit is additional.
